Bridge Resources are currently on the hunt for Grader and Dozer operators with GPS and Final Trim experience.

Reporting to the project manager, you will part of the operating crew doing the groundworks for a Solar farm project based at Cloudbreak. This project is about half way through its duration, so there is a lot of work still to come - it is a large project and the ability to lock in long term work for the right operators.

On offer is a 2:1 roster paying $70/hr, working 12 hour days. Our client also has a very strong pipeline of upcoming works so the ability to grow and develop your career in the civil sector is also on offer.

To be considered for these roles, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years experience working on a dozer or grader in a final trim capacity
• Ability to use GPS/UPS in the machines (Trimble or Topcon experience preferred)
• Hold either a Grader or Dozer Ticket (RIIMPO310F or RIIMPO308D accreditations, or equivalent)
• Ability to pass Pre-Employment medical requirements
• Strong focus on safety
