We are partnering with a leading luxury fashion brand to recruit an experienced and polished Assistant Manager for their womenswear concession based in a flagship department store in Sydney CBD.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven retailer with a love of styling, customer service, and premium fashion - looking to take the next step in their leadership career.

What you'll be doing:

Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service

Drive sales and build strong client relationships through outstanding styling advice

Assist with daily operations including stock management, VM and reporting

Coach and mentor team members to ensure high standards and a seamless shopfloor experience

Help achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets

Represent a globally recognised premium brand with confidence and professionalism

What we're looking for:

Experience as an Assistant Manager or Senior Sales in premium or luxury retail

A strong interest in womenswear and styling

Proven ability to drive sales and lead a team to success

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Hands-on, polished and customer-focused

Confident working in a fast-paced concession environment
