We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Song Bird.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in upholding our high standards of service and ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

As the Assistant Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support the training and development of our staff. You will mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering an environment that encourages professional growth. Your commitment to exceptional guest service will be crucial, as you ensure that all guests receive the outstanding service that reflects the Song Bird brand. Clear and effective communication will be vital, as you will act as a liaison between guests, floor staff, kitchen, and upper management.

In your role, you will oversee daily operations, including venue setup, service periods, and pack down/reset procedures. You will supervise and support lower-level staff, providing guidance and ensuring that the team operates cohesively. Collaboration with senior management will be essential, as you will need to address any service issues proactively and maintain smooth operations throughout each shift.

Flexibility is key in this position, as you will be expected to assist with additional tasks as directed by management. Performance evaluations will be conducted after three months and then annually, giving you opportunities for feedback and growth in your role.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. While previous supervisory experience is preferred, we are open to considering candidates who demonstrate a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining the Song Bird brand's reputation.
