FIRM

This represents an opportunity with a well known accounting firm based on the Gold Coast. This firm offers their clients services ranging from Tax Compliance, Advisory, Bookkeeping and Financial Planning. This accounting firm is very laid back and looks after their staff.

POSITION

Due to internal restructuring and growth, the position of Client Services Coordinator has been created. This role will involve all facets of public practice administration including and not limited to:

  • Lodging tax returns and BAS
  • Client relationship management
  • Corporate secretarial duties
  • Collations and client correspondence

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice administration
  • Experience with all facets of public practice administration
  • Experience with Xero, XPM and NowInfinity would be advantageous
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to be a team player
