Join our friendly family team by being an important part of our mobile catering ice cream/coffee vans located in Casula.

A perfect role for those looking for adventure and being able to work in different locations, no day is the same. Some days you are working at festivals, gardens, parks or at the beach to name a few locations, this means you are never stuck looking at the same four walls.

The meeting point to start and end your shift is always the same at our location in Casula, You will be an integral part of our operation, assisting in serving delicious sweets and savoury desserts.

About the Role:

A safe and reliable person to drive our mobile 'Mr Whippy' ice cream vans to a set pre defined route

A valid NSW driver's license and a clean driving record

Must be able to drive a manual Ford Transit van

It is a two person team, you are the driver, there is already another person taking the customer orders and making the ice creams.

The meeting point to start and end your shift is always the same at our location in Casula.

Flexible and adaptable to the needs of a mobile business

Must be able to work weekends

Days and hours are Thursday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday / Monday 12pm - 6pm Please note this may change in summer months and when festivals and events are pre booked.

Adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Maintaining a clean and well-stocked van to ensure an efficient and enjoyable customer experience

Handling cash and card payments accurately

Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanour

Room to grow and develop skills in the business if that is something you are wanting

Nice to have but ok we can train you;

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers

Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure

Good numeracy skills and attention to detail when handling cash and card transactions

Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude

Maintaining a clean and well-stocked van to ensure an efficient and enjoyable customer experience

Adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards
