The Opportunity

We’re working with a commercial fit-out and maintenance company based in Prestons. They’ve built strong relationships with major property groups and retail clients across Sydney and are looking to grow their team.

They’re now seeking two experienced, all-round tradespeople to join their close-knit crew. The work is a mix of fit-out and facilities maintenance tasks, with plenty of variety and long-term potential.

Duties of the Role

Install shopfitting elements such as decorative façades, timber features, false doors and panels

Complete general repairs like hanging doors, fixing racks and basic property maintenance

Work across commercial sites on a mix of project and maintenance work

Communicate clearly with the team and ask for support when needed

Rotate through tasks depending on the day – no two days are the same

About You

Qualified tradesperson with solid hands-on experience

Confident handling both fit-out and general maintenance tasks

Reliable and practical, with a strong work ethic

Good communicator who contributes to a positive team culture

Own tools and vehicle required

Location: Based in Prestons, work across greater Sydney

Work type: Full-time, casual to permanent depending on fit and workload

Pay: Based on experience and skills

All commercial work – no residential jobs
