Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

RSA certification
