Role Description

This is a casual on-site role for a Section Waiter and Restaurant Host located in Barangaroo in Sydney's CBD.
The Section Waiter will be responsible for attending to the guests during restaurant service period, create unforgettable memories for our guests throughout their dining experience, have attention to detail and ensure cleanliness throughout service, as well as support the Food & Beverage Team in general operational tasks.
The Restaurant Host will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers, managing reservations, and assisting guests in finding tables. The Restaurant Host will also help in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

An up-to-date RSA is essential

Relevant Experience in a similar role
