About the role

We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse/ Clinical Admin to join our dynamic team at Tandem Health Labrador Medical Centre. As an Enrolled Nurse/ Clinical Admin, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate patient care within our busy medical practice. This is a casual position, offering flexibility to fit around your lifestyle, with potential for permanent part time for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the nursing team and doctors in all aspects of patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medication, and providing basic medical treatment

Assisting reception staff with clinical admin duties, including patient phone enquires, emails and other correspondence and front desk duties.

Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Ensuring the clinic's medical equipment and supplies are well-stocked and properly maintained

Providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients

Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Full training provided so previous experience in General Practice is desirable but not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team

Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
