About the Roles

We are currently seeking experienced Trade personnel, as well as Experienced Underground Operators, to assist in the continuous improvement of some of the newest mining technology in the Underground Industry. you will have the ability to working directly with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the mine itself. Successful applicants will be joining our team in design optimisation, maintenance, and operations.

Accommodation and meal allowances will be provided as required.

These roles are specifically for the production operations at the Dartbrook Mine, NSW.

Experienced Underground Electricians

Experienced Underground Fitters

Experienced Miner Drivers

Underground Trainers (Production)

Underground production Operators

For these positions, you must demonstrate exceptional risk management and safety behaviours, as well as a strong focus on productivity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a range of skilled trade duties to maintain and optimise our underground mining equipment and infrastructure.

What we are looking for

Formal trade qualification (where applicable)

Minimum 2 years' experience in Development or Board and pillar coal mining environment

Strong technical aptitude and fault finding skills to diagnose and minimise equipment down time.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.

Excellent communication skills.

Commitment to workplace health and safety and a demonstrated record of safe work practices

Willingness to adapt to changing operational requirements and embrace continuous improvement

The ability to work 7/7 rotating day and night shift (12hrs per shift)
