This pivotal role involves overseeing communication, coordination, and the accurate recording of personnel and equipment status throughout the underground mining operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage communication for all personnel and equipment within the underground operation.
• Monitor and record the status of machinery and personnel to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Utilize radio communication systems with multiple channels to maintain continuous contact with the underground team.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of operational data.
• Provide real-time updates on any issues, changes, or potential delays in the operation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position within the mining industry.
• Solid knowledge of machinery and equipment used in underground mining operations.
• Hands-on experience with radio communications, including the use of multiple communication channels.
• Familiarity with Pitram (preferred).
• Experience with SCADA systems (preferred)
