We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced and reliable Food Process Workers to support our reputable client located in Springwood.

About the Role: This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role in a food production environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Working on a production line (conveyor work)
• Packing, quality checking, and general food processing duties
• Morning, afternoon, and night shifts available
• Site operates 24/7
• Typical shift length: 10–11 hours
• Pay rate: $30 per hour plus applicable shift penalties

To be successful, you will need:

• A reliable car and a valid driver’s licence
• Previous experience in food processing (highly regarded)
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including on-call shifts
• Availability for various start times across the week
• Ability to lift up to 20kg and perform repetitive manual tasks
• To pass a drug and alcohol test

This role requires individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced team environment.
