About the role

Eastern Therapy Hub is seeking a talented Speechie to join our multidisciplinary team in Croydon North, VIC. This full-time role will have you providing high-quality speech therapy services to mainly paediatric clients. Eastern Therapy Hub Speechies have a strong focus on team-building and sharing, implementing evidence-based practices, and delivering awesome therapy to our clients and their families.

We welcome early, mid or experienced career therapists in applying for this role.

What you'll be doing

Consistently improving your skills as a Speech Therapist.

Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.

Developing and delivering individualised therapy plans to address a variety of communication disorders.

Working alongside families and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care for your clients.

Collaborating with and learning from the multidisciplinary team at ETH, including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Art Therapists, Counsellors, Music Therapists and Allied Health Assistants.

Participating in ongoing professional development, both formal and informal, to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.

What we're looking for

Degree in Speech Pathology or related field.

Eligibility for registration with the Speech Pathology Australia.

Experience administering assessment and therapy in the field of Speech Pathology.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.

A positive attitude towards learning and improvement.

Willingess to explore and specialise in different areas of Speech Pathology.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our diverse clients.
