Employment Term: Ongoing, Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 3 days per week)
Total Remuneration Package: Above award and attractive bonus options for more experienced therapists.
Location: Lismore NSW and the far north NSW area

About the role
Easy Access Psychology is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and psychologists to join our growing team in Lismore, NSW. These full-time roles will play a vital part in providing exceptional care and support to our clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for the individuals we serve. Easy Access is the go to allied health team for supporting families with early intervention and known for their multidisciplinary approach.

We are interviewing the full range of therapists from Highly Experienced (team leaders) to Early Career & New Graduate Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Speech Pathologists with a passion for supporting a diverse client group (but majority paediatric) with our highly experienced allied health team!

Weekly one to one mentoring with a Senior Speech Pathologist, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist

Extensive shadowing and induction period

What you'll be doing
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy or speech pathology interventions to help clients achieve their goals
Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care
Maintain detailed clinical records and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services
Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and community engagement initiatives

We ensure that we understand your scope of practice and clinical areas of interest. This allows referrals to be allocated depending on your scope of practice!
We support you to develop new areas of practice and further increase your skills in your main clinical area of interest.
What we're looking for
Registration as an Occupational Therapist, Psychologist or Speech Pathologist with the relevant Australian professional body
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families
Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, and the elderly
