Quality Officer | Aged Care

We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse with management experience to drive excellence within this well-run organisation. This role will be crucial in maintaining resident safety and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key Details

• Oversee Quality & Compliance in residential aged care
• Permanent Full-time, Mon-Fri role
• Salary: $140,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
• Support from a large well well-structured team

About the Role

• Oversee residential care operations, with a focus on improving service quality and ensuring successful accreditations.
• Act as a proactive leader to guide the organisation through changes in legislation, systems, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support and mentor managers during the transition to new systems and processes.
• Ensure all managers are well-informed and up to date with relevant knowledge and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to sites occasionally for audits, accreditations, meetings, and interviews as needed.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
• Experienced in managing quality, compliance, and risk across multiple sites
• Success in managing /experience in accreditations (Aged Care)
• Extensive working knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Current Drivers License
