About the Role:
We are currently seeking a licensed Electrician with extensive experience as a Dry Fire Technician to join our growing team in the Cairns region. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is self-motivated, and wants to play a key role in delivering essential fire protection services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and maintain dry fire systems including fire alarms, EWIS, smoke detectors, and emergency lighting.

Conduct Scheduled servicing, fault finding, repairs, and upgrades of existing Fire systems.

Complete compliance inspections, reporting, and documentation to Australian standards.

Liaise with clients and other trades to deliver high-quality service.

Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.

What We're Looking For:

Current QLD Electrical Licence.

Proven experience as a Dry Fire Technician (minimum 3 years preferred).

Sound knowledge of AS1851 and other relevant Australian standards.

Manual Driver’s Licence (mandatory).

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Appropriate QBCC Licensing.
