The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being out on the tools, delivering top-quality electrical work, and being part of a company that backs its people. You’ll be working across a variety of residential, commercial, and light industrial jobs, everything from installations and maintenance to fault-finding and upgrades.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, communicate well with clients, and represent the brand with professionalism and a great attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance to Australian standards

- Complete testing, fault finding, and commissioning

- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and codes

- Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and other team members

- Accurately complete job documentation and reports using job management software Sericem8 or similar

- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition

- Work independently or as part of a team across various job sites

What We’re Looking For

Fully qualified and licensed electrician (A-Grade)

Valid driver’s license

White Card (Construction Induction)

Strong technical skills and a professional work ethic

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Great communication and customer service skills

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Comfortable using technology (iPads, job management software like Servicem8 or similar)

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in CCTV/Intercoms, Data, or Air Conditioning

Additional tickets (e.g., EWP, Working at Heights, First Aid)

Experience leading a team or mentoring apprentices
