PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a Commercial Landscape and Environmental Remediation company who are seeking an experienced a BAM Accredited Ecologist to join their team.

As a Senior Ecologist, you will act as a primary liaison between clients, consultants, and project teams, ensuring seamless delivery across all stages of environmental initiative. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret project briefs and environmental specs, flagging cost-saving strategies and identifying risks early on
• Develop competitive and compelling consultancy proposals
• Plan operational needs and manage forecasting for upcoming ecological works
• Undertaking ecological assessments, including BAM and BDAR reporting
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and high-quality reporting for submissions
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Track and report on budgets, resource use, and scheduling progress

Requirements

• BAM Accreditation
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Ecology, Environmental science, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience
