Senior Machine Operators – CNC Lathe Multiple Roles

Overall Forge is a leader in the manufacturing industry, known for precision and quality. We are currently seeking Senior Machine Operators to join our team at our Ettamogah facility. With a focus on cutting-edge manufacturing, this role is perfect for those looking to advance their skills in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Your key responsibilities will include

- Operate CNC lathes, forging machinery, and industrial saws

- Conduct quality control inspections

- Prepare technical plans and adjust specifications as needed

- Identify and report maintenance requirements for machinery

- Read and interpret complex engineering plans

- Perform minor welding (desirable)

- Communicate effectively with the Production Manager

- Operate gantry crane & 10 tonne forklift

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

- Experience in CNC lathe operation, metallurgy, or forging (desirable)

- Crane license & 10-tonne forklift license or willingness to obtain

- Ability to read technical plans and make real-time adjustments

- Strong focus on quality and safety
