We're seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager with strong Google Ads and Meta expertise to join a digital-first agency.

ROLE

• Client facing with a harmonious blend between strategy & execution
• Lead multi-channel paid campaigns- focused on Google Ads & Meta Advertising
• Develop and execute data-led acquisition and conversion strategies
• Manage budgets and continuously optimise for results
• Oversee content strategy to support paid performance
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Support capability development and contribute to service innovation
• Foster client retention through value-driven outcomes and excellence

YOU

• Proven experience in a digital agency environment
• Must have hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Advertising (non-negotiable)
• Programmatic knowledge is a strong advantage
• Technically minded and strategic in your approach to consumer behaviour and search trends
• Confident, composed communicator - can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical, thoughtful and detail-oriented
• Passionate about performance marketing and agency life
