Join our team at ICMS, International College of Management, Sydney as a Campus Concierge. This is more than a reception role – you will act as the face of campus operations, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for students, campus residents and employees while assisting with events and day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

We are looking for:

  • Professionalism and positivity - a team player who understands the importance of creating a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Initiative and adaptability - a proactive individual who can identify and solve problems while embracing innovation and change.
  • A sound understanding of computer systems with a willingness to upskill where required.
  • Hospitality Experience - a background in guest services or hospitality management is highly regarded, as this role requires strong administrative skills, professional presentation, and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a welcoming and professional environment for all campus visitors, students, and staff.
  • Overseeing campus security by managing opening, closing, and conducting security walks.
  • Assisting with accommodation services, including check-ins, checkouts, and student inquiries.
  • Managing guest and contractor sign-ins, ensuring compliance and providing assistance as required.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as updating reservations, creating access cards, managing postage, and maintaining records.
  • Providing support to other departments in an administrative capacity as needed.
  • Conducting room inspections and preparing for new terms.
  • Ensuring under-18 students comply with regulations and provide necessary guidance.
  • Acting as an Emergency Responder, fulfilling fire warden and First Aider duties.

To apply, you should have:

  • The ability to uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and a high standard of personal presentation.
  • A current Working with Children’s Check (or application in progress).
  • A NSW Driver's License (desirable).
  • A First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one).
  • IT skills including Office 365; and ability to use booking systems (we use RMS Booking System) - training provided.
  • Experience in hospitality management, customer service and/or administrative roles.
  • Ability to act as an emergency responder, including Fire Warden and First Aider duties.
