We have an exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse to lead a team at a fully-accredited facility in the Lower North Shore of Sydney.

The details:

• Permanent, full-time opportunity – Monday to Friday
• Medium Sized Facility.
• Reporting directly into the Facility Manager.
• Salary: 110-120k + super.
• Full 3-year accreditation!

Key responsibilites:

• Oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality, person-centred care for all residents.
• Lead, mentor, and support care staff to ensure compliance with clinical standards and aged care regulations.
• Develop and review individual care plans in consultation with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor resident wellbeing, manage clinical risk, and respond promptly to changes in care needs.
• Foster a positive, respectful environment that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life.

The essentials:

• Full AHPRA Registration.
• 3-5 years of Nursing experience.
• Aged Care experience is essential.
• Full working rights within Australia.
