The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Planning, Projects and Insights, this role is pivotal in enhancing our health measurement and monitoring systems, driving evaluative practices, conducting research, and facilitating knowledge transfer across the organisation.
Key Accountabilities
Streamline monitoring and reporting of program indicators and outputs, ensuring compliance with data governance frameworks.
Design and support program evaluation plans that align with funder requirements and organisational objectives.
Conduct literature reviews and develop evaluation tools to support program deliverables and cross-functional activities.
Employ impact assessment methods and participate in research projects to support organisational planning.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and build organisational capacity in monitoring, evaluation, and research.
About You

Key Capabilities
Relevant tertiary level education and/or equivalent experience in a similar position.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industry role related to program monitoring and evaluation or equivalent experience in research.
Understanding of privacy legislation and regulatory requirements relating to data governance.
Demonstrated experience in using survey and data collection tools, Microsoft products or other project planning and reporting tools.
High-level problem-solving skills particularly in the context of communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
