About The Role

As the Care Manager, you’ll oversee care planning, ensure compliance with aged care standards, and guide the team in providing holistic, person-centered care that truly makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

AHPRA-registered Nurse with tertiary nursing qualifications

Full Australian working rights

Strong understanding of aged care compliance, governance, and clinical standards

Demonstrated leadership experience in a residential aged care setting

Knowledge of AN-ACC funding assessments

Organised, decisive, and solutions-focused
