Pay rate: $40.48 – 88.45 per hour + Super

Employment Status: Casual

About the Role:

As an AIN, you will be providing essential care and support to residents in Aged Care Facilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Duties may include:

Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)

Supporting mobility & transfers

Meal assistance & feeding support

Observing and reporting changes in residents’ health

Providing companionship and emotional support

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent

✔ At least 1 year of experience in aged care or a similar role

✔ Up to date Flu vaccination (as per health guidelines)

✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

✔ First Aid & CPR certification

✔ Reliable transport & a positive attitude
