Sharing your time between Moorebank and Leppington, your role will include:
Managing a key account with full operational support
Building a strong client partnership to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Conducting regular site visits and candidate interactions to strengthen relationships
Managing early-morning Start-Ups at client sites (6am starts required)
Promoting a culture of safety through inductions and toolbox talks
Supporting the Operations Team with daily rosters and database management

A strong record in both client service and business development
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Passion for the labour hire and industrial sectors
Natural leadership skills and a proactive approach

Previous Industrial recruitment experience
Ability to build remarkable rapport with clients and candidates
Commitment to first class customer service
Superior time management ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
