Commodore Cabinets is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Installer to join our team in our Wangara, WA workshop. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets to the specific requirements of our clients in our spacious new factory.

What you'll be doing

Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to understand design specifications

Selecting appropriate materials and cutting, shaping, and assembling cabinet components

Ensuring the final products meet quality standards and project requirements

Collaborating with the design team to provide input on feasibility and manufacturability

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

From time to time, assisting with the installation of completed cabinets and deliveries at customer sites

What we're looking for

Experience as a Cabinet Maker, ideally 3+ years

Strong working knowledge of cabinet making techniques, tools, and machinery

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Experience, motivation and reliability is essential and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude highly regarded

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Carpentry and woodworking certification or formal training preferred

Hold a current manual Australian drivers license to allow you to drive our vehicles
