Goldfields Local Learning & Employment Network (Goldfields LLEN) is looking for a passionate leader to manage delivery of the award-winning Passions & Pathways program. You will be responsible for strategic and operational leadership, and continuing engagement with local industry and schools.
Key responsibilities
Manage the operation of P&P in the City of Greater Bendigo, and potential expansion into other regions.
Lead the establishment and maintenance of relationships with local and state government, industry, TAFE, University partners and schools.
Management and leadership of evaluation, communications, curriculum development, program advocacy and fundraising
Program governance and reporting
Ensure program fidelity is maintained

Key Selection Criteria
Essential
Experience in the primary and/or secondary school sector, ideally as a classroom teacher
Demonstrated experience in program management, including tracking of deliverables and reporting
Demonstrated experience working with a range of stakeholders across business, government and education sectors
Demonstrated experience in program advocacy and fundraising
Strong learning design and curriculum development skills
Proven capacity to work collaboratively with others
Demonstrate highly developed written and oral communication skills
Broad knowledge of City of Greater Bendigo
Other
Degree/Postgraduate in Education or relevant experience
Current Victorian driver’s licence
Working with Children Check is mandatory
