Stuck?
Frustrated?
Bored?
Not getting the stretch you need or the exposure to the right people and challenges to grow?
We’ve all been there at some point in our lives.
You’ve got the potential and the hunger but you’re not in the right environment.
Or maybe you’ve recently completed a transformation and uplift at your current company and it’s time for a new challenge.
You want to lead globally, be part of building something exciting, and contribute to high-impact, strategic initiatives.
You want to work for a CIO who invests in you, gives you the autonomy to take charge, and builds your capability over time.
You thrive in environments where collaboration trumps politics, where smart, friendly, emotionally intelligent people do great work with little red tape.
You want a pathway to grow into more senior roles over time, reporting directly to executives who value infrastructure, security and your strategic insight.
You also care about balance. You’re at your best when your work and personal lives are in sync, and you want that flexibility built into your role.
What you’ll do:
You'll step into a high-impact, global role leading infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor relationships across a complex, diversified property group. Managing a small internal team of 3–4 in a heavily outsourced environment, you'll drive an independent review of the group's infrastructure, cyber posture and operating model. You'll work closely with MSPs globally to optimise service delivery and cost, while shaping the broader cyber strategy, resourcing model and roadmap. With key vendor contracts up for renewal, you'll play a central role in re-evaluating partnerships and laying new foundations. You’ll also lead the infrastructure enablement of a new business entity lateral to their core business, contributing to some of the most exciting and meaningful tech initiatives in the group.
Who you’ll do it for:
Fast growing property business with 2,300 employees and operations in Australia, New Zealand and Europe. They’re growing into new markets, have many projects in the pipeline and are introducing new products. They have outsourced elements of their tech function but are looking for someone who knows how to hold vendors to account, review service models, and progressively strengthen internal capability where it counts. You’ll join a team where tenure and diversity is strong, politics are minimal, and leadership is accessible, humble, and refreshingly real and authentic.
What you’ll need:
· Experience managing IT infrastructure and cloud environments (especially Azure).
· A solid understanding of vendor management in outsourced tech models.
· Exposure to cybersecurity programs, governance, and compliance.
· Experience in environments with hybrid on-prem/cloud and SaaS ecosystems.
· Comfort working in complex, multi-entity corporate structures.
· Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills; and
· High emotional intelligence and a can-do, team-oriented mindset.
