Opportunity exists for a Machine Operator / Store Person to join our friendly team.
Training and free onsite parking will be provided. There is the potential to develop and advance your skills.
Essential requirements and skills:
- Forklift licence
- Current driver's licence
- Attention to detail and safety standards
- Physical stamina and strength
- Initiative and able to work unsupervised
- Understanding of production procedures
- Great work ethic
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow established processes
Desirable skills:
- Previous work in the steel industry
- Experience in sheet & coil operations
- Experience in coil slitting
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Setup and operate machinery
- Monitor equipment and report technical problems
- Store picking and packing
- Driving a Forklift
- General factory work and clean-up
