WHS Advisor - Southern Sydney

The Opportunity:

We’re working with a reputable Builder Developer who is seeking a Safety Advisor to join their site team immediately on a major $100M Mixed use project. This is a well-structured and well-supported environment with a strong team already in place.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee on-site WHS compliance, conduct safety inspections and walk-throughs

Manage reporting, documentation and safety protocols via

Be a key presence on-site, ensuring trades and subcontractors adhere to best practices

About the Builder:

A respected commercial contractor operating across NSW and Austrlia with a solid track record in institutional and mid-rise projects/ .

What They’re Looking For:

Previous experience in WHS/Safety roles within the construction industry

Site-based background (e.g. trades or supervision) is a strong plus

Must have experience working in safety for a commercial builder in NSW

You’ll need a collaborative approach to drive safe practices across subcontractors, rather than policing from a distance
