Jervis Bay Physiotherapy is an independent practice established in 2021 on the stunning NSW South Coast. Originally based in Huskisson, we’ve now moved into our very own clinic in Sanctuary Point, fully equipped with professional-grade gym equipment and treatment spaces designed to support the highest standard of care.
Our mission is to do things differently – focusing on patient-centred, flexible, and accessible physiotherapy for the Jervis Bay region and surrounding communities. Alongside in-clinic treatment, we continue to provide home visits to ensure everyone in our community can access the care they need.

About You:

Qualifications & experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
Own car and full drivers' license
Evidence of AHPRA registration, Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker screening check
Evidence of Full COVID Vaccination, including COVID Booster, and influenza vaccination
Own professional indemnity insurance via appropriate insurance company.
Benefits:
One-to-one client assessments and treatments for varying conditions
Home visits, clinic based care and group classes across the week - employee dependent.
Conditions include: women's health (not compulsory), musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, strapping, geriatric care, falls prevention programs, neurological conditions and pulmonary rehabilitation.
Independent work in the community and clinic with the addition of experienced clinician supervision and professional development meetings.
Diverse experience with varying conditions, self-paced environment, experienced supervisor to assist with complex conditions.
Weekly face to face meetings with other staff; for mentoring, case discussion and staff catch up. Regular employee socialising outside of work hours! (Enjoying all the best the South Coast has to offer!)
All equipment supplied. Including work vehicle, fuel card and car allowance for community access visits.

Jervis Bay Physiotherapy allows you to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse range of clients within private clinic, NDIS, hydrotherapy, community access visits and aged care, and make a real difference in their lives.
The ability to work collaboratively with like-minded Physiotherapists within Jervis Bay Physiotherapy and attend / present in-services, examine case studies and discuss new and exciting evidence-based practice research in our regular meetings.
Annual professional development allowance up to $7, 500.00 to assist with registration and increasing current skills, while keeping up to date with the latest evidence-based practice.
With this role there are no KPIs, or booking averages, we believe in providing a good workplace with balance, and focus on delivering engaging, quality healthcare in the clinic, home and community surrounds.
Worker's Compensation Insurance and Paid Christmas Leave without use of Annual Leave allowances plus bonuses.
Annual salary reviews with potential increase in wage depending on performance.
Successful applicants will have shadowing and mentoring opportunities prior to seeing clients on their own to enhance transition into Jervis Bay Physiotherapy.
Experience level can be varied
The position is available to start ASAP - part time available now with view to increase to full time.
