What you’ll do:

You’ll report to the Head of IT and act as the bridge between the business and technology teams, helping shape and deliver a busy project roadmap. You’ll work across several major initiatives, including a new HR platform, a GRC and compliance tool, a full Windows 11 rollout, and a significant revamp of insurance platforms.

You’ll be hands on and:

• Dive deep into business processes, uncover needs, and shape solutions.
• Translate ideas into clear, practical technical documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors and exec stakeholders.
• Help design and test systems, not just gather requirements; and
• Have real input into how projects are shaped, sequenced and delivered

And because you’re joining a small, high-trust team, you’ll be close to decision-makers and have the flexibility to adjust and evolve as priorities shift.

What you’ll need to bring:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in regulated industries like insurance, health or finance.
• Strong technical literacy, you understand how systems work.
• Solid skills in process mapping, technical documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Exposure to tools like SQL or Power BI.
• Understanding of SDLC, system integration and methodologies like Agile/Waterfall; and
• The ability to adapt, learn fast, and just get stuck in.
