About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HC Truck Driver to join our fresh produce business in a part-time basis for 5 days per week with weekend overtime opportunities. You will be responsible for loading and unloading of fresh produce with the forklift, regular local truck runs to major supermarkets, Canning Vale Markets and other locations as required. Ensuring the safe and timely unloading and loading of fresh produce for our customers and completion of all paperwork. Working within the warehouse to collect and put away fresh produce into cool rooms along with warehouse duties and other logistics as required.

The ideal candidate will be efficient, experienced and able to work in a busy environment.

The role is 5 days per week min 30 hours per week; Monday to Friday based in Canning Vale. Shift 2pm to 8pm, with weekend overtime opportunities.

The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate not only a professional driving ability but also well presented with excellent customer service and communication skills.

To be successful you will possess the following skills and experience:

Hold a current Heavy-Combination (HC) licence - essential

Hold a current Forklift licence - essential

Present a current traffic printout (or equivalent)

Able to operate a heavy vehicle in a professional manner

Previous experience completing all forms of relevant paperwork

Must be punctual, reliable and perform the task courteously

Must be able to pass a medical including drug and alcohol testing
