Our Client, a large Federal Government Department is seeking to engage a IDAM Engineer with minimum 2 years of hands on experience with ForgeRock Identity Platform (including Access Management and Identity management modules).

The duties & responsibilities of the IDAM Engineer may include:

• Support the delivery of a transformational new user registration process;
• Guidance and advice as part of the implementation of the transformational new user registration process;
• Work with SMEs on ForgeRock component configurations, service checks and ensure service stability for current and future workloads;
• Design, develop, test & implement identity management frameworks, systems and protocols;
• Develop, implement and manage IAM systems including: SSO, authentication and access controls to ensure security, confidentiality, integrity and availability of IAM systems and data;
• Develop and manage patterns for application deployment that manage security at every level;
• Ensure that all procured and / or developed IAM systems are implemented properly and function as intended.

The IDAM Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience working in a secure government environment (federal, state or similar)
• Extensive hands on experience with identity and access management, including; Open standars, Best practices and procedures; and Various software solutions;
• Design, implementation and maintenance experience with the ForgeRock product suite;
• Experience performing deployments in highly secure and highly available environments;
• Extensive experience in troubleshooting, identifying and resolving technical identity and access management related issues.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in continuously improving identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats;
• Knowledge of automation and Dev/Ops practices.
