About Us
Perform Ability is a world-class performing arts program designed for dancers with disabilities and neurodiversities. With studios across Australia, we specialise in providing inclusive dance, music, and drama experiences in a safe, supportive, and joy-filled environment.

We’re currently seeking an experienced and passionate Dance Teacher to join our Central Coast team. This is not your average teaching gig — it’s creative, fulfilling, and deeply rewarding.

About the Role
You’ll be teaching a mix of jazz, musical theatre, contemporary, and movement classes for children, teens, and adults with disabilities. Your role is to inspire, uplift, and guide our performers as they develop confidence, skills, and a love for the arts.

Casual or part-time hours available

Most shifts run weekdays between 10am–6pm (with occasional evenings/weekends)

Paid rehearsals, performance days, and staff meetings

What We’re Looking For

Dance teaching experience (studio, school, or performance background)

Experience or passion for working with people with disabilities and neurodiversities

Positive energy, strong classroom management, and adaptability

WWCC (Working With Children Check) and current First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Bonus if you have experience in inclusive education, support work, or allied health!
