About the role
Main tasks: You will play a key role in providing specialist advice, technical support, and training to both customers and the sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of ultrasound equipment and delivering training programs across your designated client base in NSW.

Other tasks:

• Provide pre- and post-sales support for new and existing ultrasound systems
• Maintain a high level of technical and clinical ultrasound knowledge
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions for customers and internal teams
• Support marketing activities related to the ultrasound business unit
• Manage customer files, installation reports, and timely expense submissions.

What you must have to apply for this role:

• Postgraduate qualifications in ultrasound (or equivalent) & ASAR accreditation
• Clinical experience as a sonographer, with exposure to a range of ultrasound systems
• Broad clinical experience across areas such as general, MSK, & OB/Gyn
• Strong customer service skills, with proven experience in training, coaching or mentoring others.

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

• Previous experience in ultrasound training or presenting at workshops and conferences
• Familiarity with SPIN methodologies
• Experience in sales support or marketing activities related to ultrasound products.
