Your Role
As an Aluminium Welder, you will:

Perform high-quality aluminium welding for custom boat builds, trailers, and repair projects.

Interpret detailed technical drawings to fabricate and assemble boat hulls and structural components.

Ensure all welding meets stringent quality standards, ensuring strength, durability, and visual appeal.

Collaborate effectively within our skilled team to meet project deadlines and maintain exceptional workmanship.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to safety guidelines.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Valid welding certifications and/or relevant trade qualifications.

Proven experience as an aluminium welder, specifically in boat building or the marine industry.

Strong proficiency in welding techniques, equipment, materials, and safety protocols.

Ability to read, interpret, and work accurately from technical drawings.

Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality outcomes.

Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Must be an Australian resident or hold a current working visa.

Desirable Skills

Additional certifications or experience in marine fabrication or related fields.

Experience with CNC fabrication equipment and 3D design software.

Knowledge of marine-grade materials and handling practices.

Forklift license or other relevant industry certifications.
