What you'll be doing

Safely operate frannas for construction

Perform pre-operational checks, including the inspection and maintenance of equipment.

Safely rig, sling, and direct loads for crane operations

Inspect and maintain rigging and lifting gear to ensure compliance with safety standards

Communicate effectively with crane operators/dogman and other site personnel

Contribute to a positive and safety-focused work environment

Reliable, respectful, and trustworthy individuals.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Franna Operator/dogman in the construction industry

Formal qualifications to drive and operate Mobile cranes with experience in the industry

Strong understanding of rigging and lifting techniques, and load chart interpretation

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to workplace health and safety
