About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join as an Associate Dentist. Based in our modern practice in Canberra, ACT, you will play a key role in providing high-quality dental care to our valued patients. This is a full-time position offering competitive remuneration and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive dental examinations and developing individualised treatment plans for patients

Performing a range of general dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns

Providing preventative care and educating patients on good oral hygiene practices

Collaborating with the wider dental team to ensure a cohesive and efficient patient experience

Maintaining detailed patient records and adhering to all relevant regulations and policies

What we're looking for

Dental degree and current AHPRA registration

At least 2 years' experience as a practising dentist, preferably in a general practice setting

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with patients

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices

Associate Dentist – Canberra City Centre

This is a full-time, solo position at our centrally located practice. Opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday& Sunday : 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM ( Optional)

Remuneration:

Full-time or subcontract basis.

Salary starts from $160,000 per year or 40% commission, whichever is higher

Plus Bonus 1% of gross will be spent on CPD on Half yearly Basis After 1st 6 months of Joining.

Mentoring is provided.
