people2people are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to work for a State Government entity. This is an ASAP start for an initial 4 week assignment, located in Dandenong 3175.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support across the HR and payroll team.
- Manage and maintain records, databases, and documentation using excel.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Organise and coordinate meetings as required and draft emails, email correspondance.
Key Requirements:
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role in a complex environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under pressure.
- Current valid Employee Working With Children Check, or willing to obtain.
- Current valid Police Check, or willing to obtain.
