Based at our Project Make Lemonade office in Tweed Heads we are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to support our growing NDIS-registered businesses from Tweed Region to Townsville.

About the Role
You will oversee the end-to-end Human Resources function across all our business units. Your work will ensure our people practices are compliant with the SCHADS Award, the NDIS Practice Standards, and Fair Work requirements.

What You’ll Do

Lead HR operations, recruitment, and performance management

Ensure workforce compliance under the NDIS and SCHADS Award

Support managers and team leaders with staff performance and development

Maintain HR systems and ensure employee records are up to date

Help build a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture

What You’ll Bring

Degree or equivalent experience in HR or Business

3+ years in an HR leadership role, preferably in disability or community services

Sound understanding of the SCHADS Award and NDIS workforce compliance

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with HR systems like Employment Hero (desirable)
