The Senior Policy and Governance Adviser will be responsible for providing advice to inform policy development, maintaining, and maturing Peoplecare’s policy management framework to ensure effective management of Board and management policies within Peoplecare. They will be responsible for developing and maturing governance processes, including establishing and maintaining Board of Director induction, training and education programs.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or qualifications in policy and governance and/or 2 years’ experience policy and governance
• Experience in policy development and governance management
• Experience in implementing and enhancing knowledge management systems to improve organisational learning and knowledge sharing
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Experience working with Boards is desired
• Exceptional relationship, stakeholder, and influence skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information and customise messaging for different audiences.
• Ability to develop and deliver training and awareness programs on policies, compliance and governance.
• Ability to write and review policy and governance documentation.
• Knowledge of best practices in policy, compliance, and governance in relevant industry or sector.
