Approach Consulting have partnered with a high-performing head contractor, delivering significant commercial projects across Sydney. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled Contract Administrator to support the delivery of large-scale projects across Education & Health.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the site and commercial teams, you’ll be responsible for the effective management of project contracts, procurement, variations, and financial reporting on projects ranging from $30M to $75M.

What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and manage subcontracts and supplier agreements
• Track project costs, budgets, and forecasts
• Process variations, progress claims, and RFI responses
• Assist with procurement and tender analysis
• Collaborate with project and site teams to ensure commercial performance

What you need

• 5+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role
• Background in commercial construction, ideally on projects $20M – $50M+
• Experience working on projects within Health or Education environments highly regarded
• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
