The Role
Toll Group are seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to provide maternity leave cover from June to December 2025. Based in Port Kembla, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a variety of HSE duties across 3 sites (Port Kembla, Carrington and Westernport).
We are looking for a candidate who has strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with and influence a diverse team at all levels of the organisation.
This is a casual role offering 3-5 shifts per week with flexible work hours starting between 7am-9:30am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HSE activities and consultations
- Review site HSE plans
- Ensure NHVAS compliance and vehicle maintenance
- Provide HSE performance reports
- Share HSE learnings and updates
- Review HSE system information quality
- Assist with Incident investigations
- Ensure compliance with training and regulations
Skills & Experience:
- 1+ year in HSE coordinator/administrator role
- Understanding of business constraints in HSE
- Good communication and computing skills
- Strong customer and stakeholder focus
- Ability to work independently and in a team
