We're seeking an experienced Case Work Manager to lead a small team of Case Managers across OOHC services in Sydney.

About the Role:

• Lead and mentor a team of Case Workers / Managers delivering best-practice care
• Oversee case planning, risk management, and care compliance
• Provide expert advice and training across casework matters
• Ensure accreditation and compliance with OCG and DCJ standards
• Work in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Offer occasional on-site leadership support across service locations

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of case management experience in OOHC (foster care or ITC)
• Prior experience in a leadership, senior, or mentoring role
• Degree-qualified in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (essential)
• Sound knowledge of OCG compliance, child protection legislation, and trauma-informed care
• Strong documentation, risk assessment, and case planning skills
• Current Working with Children Check and willingness to be part of an on-call roster on a quarterly basis
• Drivers' license and own transport required - reimbursed for KM's
• Subject to a satisfactory police check

Location & Flexibility:

• Based near the Rockdale area, with travel to local services as required
• Hybrid working conditions with a supportive and mission-aligned team
• $106-$111k + super + salary packaging
