💼 About the Role

We’re seeking a Male Support Worker to join our tight-knit team, supporting a participant living with schizophrenia and complex mental health challenges in an Independent Living setting in Caloundra.

You'll be:

Building trust and consistency with the participant

Supporting daily living tasks and community engagement

Applying trauma-informed, person-centred strategies

Working alongside a collaborative team that values shared insight and lived experience

✅ What You’ll Need:

Experience with psychosocial disability, esp. schizophrenia

SIL experience highly regarded

Male (participant preference)

Blue Card + NDIS Worker Screening

First Aid & CPR

Valid Driver’s Licence + own vehicle
