About the role

We are seeking a Barista all rounder to join our vibrant and fast-paced café in Cockburn Central, Western Australia. As a casual team member, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while also assisting with other café duties to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to develop your skills in the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and specialty drinks to our customers

Operating and maintaining espresso machines and other café equipment

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring the café is well-stocked and clean

Assisting with food preparation and service as needed

Adhering to health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and the ability to make a variety of coffee and specialty drinks

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends
