Our client is a market leader in the manufacturing and supply chain, with a respected name around Australia. They continue to go from strength to strength in the current market, seeing a steady increase in work over the past several months. They currently have a requirement for a talented and experienced machine operator within the industry who has the license and preferably experience to operate a forklift as well.

Your new role

In this position, you will be an integral part of an established and collaborative team, made up of experienced industry professionals. Regular toolbox meetings are held where you will get the opportunity to be heard and pass on your knowledge to the team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safe and efficient operation of machinery to process orders
  
• Pick and pack customer orders
  
• Operate the gantry crane and forklift to move materials
  

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this position, you will need to be a confident and competent operator with an attention to detail, as well as:

• LF forklift licence is preferred
• Machine operating experience in a factory setting
• A valid driver's license and reliable transport
