• Retail Management with over 8 years experience
• FMCG, Big Box Retailer, Multi Site experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Developer of talent, engagement
• Commercially driven mindset
• Taking ownership of the location
• Ability to motivate a high-performing team
• Competitive, ambitious and engaging, creative ideas and wants to exceed sales expectations
